other thing: unless web3 can solve physical problems better than Legacy Governance - and even if it can - it will lose out to LG. the people it solves problems for would need to prefer it, and prefer it enough to basically rebel against the LG which would undoubtably be throwing its full violence and propaganda against it. Or worse: LG makes its own, much crappier version of web3 and forces everyone onto it.
