Sigil Dis-Appearance
the way sigils are represented visually is not bound to stick around. don’t make investment decisions based on it. think of all the visual pattern languages from former technologies that seemed permanent at the time (examples needed).
even @p’s are potentially at risk of being re-represented (including as an attack vector for making groups of people look bad). the underlying number is the only thing that is durable.
Custom Moons
Spawn a moon with a particular name.
The moon will have the name of the spawning planet as its suffix. If the spawning planet is ~sogrum-savluc then the moon will be:
~[some moon name]-sogrum-savluc.
The moon name itself will be a duet of [some-valid-prefix]+[some-valid-suffix]. For instance, rab is a valid prefix and sef is a valid suffix, so rabsef is a valid unit. Therefore, ~rabsef-rabsef-sogrum-savluc would be a valid moon name.
When spawning a moon, you can pass a valid name to the |moon command in order to spawn that particularly-named moon. Like:
dojo:> |moon ~rabsef-bicrym-sogrum-savluc
