Not sure whats a thought and what’s not. I think because I have no context to compare to / I don’t think I know what a truly quiet mind feels like, so I don’t know if I’m experiencing it or not. I guess I can try “noting” whatever feels like it might or might not be a thought and move on. Counting breaths starts to feel like real serious work. It also generates distractions of it’s own because numbers and counting and all that inspires little related thoughts. Maybe focusing just on the breathing sensation is a better plan.
