hearts-of-iron

do early:

  • get research going for more research
  • usually: build more civilian factories, economy
    • find states with good infra. and max out its civ factories
  • for national focus: prefer
    • additional research slots
    • additional building slots/factories

Changing a production line will lose less efficiency than trashing it and recreating

producing just puts things in a warehouse. recruit & deploy …deploys them. in a training group, “add Units”. this will do X divisions at a time [forever] or a set amount of rounds. each division needs manpower and equipment. and then training (up to 100%). training can’t begin without equipment

stockpiles: fuel. nothing else. the other trade goods are just how much you produce in real time.

trade

  • offering is based on their economy and how much they like you
  • convoys needed for overseas (can be sunk). automated, not management needed.
  • over-land trade doesn’t need convoys
  • civilian factories are required (their goods, not the factory themselves) for trading
  • shortage warning will mean slower production, not entire halt.

civilian factories:

  • build buildings
  • also for trade
